Worst service experience I’ve ever had. The woman running the smoothie bar was extremely rude, and I certainly will not be back. It now makes sense why half of these reviews mention horrible service and rude staff. Do not go and subject yourself!

I felt so unwelcome here. An associate said I had to leave because they didn't see me purchase anything personally with their eyes. Despite me showing proof with my receipt. I wouldn't recommend even with them having decent chai.

I stopped by this coffee shop this morning after hearing great things from coworkers, but unfortunately my experience didn’t live up to the hype. I ordered a hot Irish cream mocha and an iced matcha. When my order was called, the drinks were mixed up. I politely clarified the order, since I had specifically asked whether the Irish cream mocha could be made hot or cold and was told both were available—I chose hot. Instead of resolving the issue, the barista became dismissive and insisted the order was correct, which made the interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. After some back-and-forth, the drink was remade, but the quality was noticeably poor the second time. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Based on this experience, I understand the current rating. I won’t be returning.
