This beautiful bright and quiet meeting room is on the 4th floor of a doorman building with elevators. It is nestled within an art gallery, with 13' high ceilings and abundant natural light. Can accommodate up to 10 people for a comfortable private meeting. All film/photo/record crews must be approved for booking.

Perfect for: team meetings, client meetings, workshops, presentations, interviews, conference calls, discussion, off-site, planning sessions, work sessions, brainstorming, etc!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We hosted a two-day conference for approximately 130 attendees at Jay Conference Chelsea, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, organized, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire planning process. They met with us weekly leading up to the conference, made sure every detail was covered, and delivered on everything we discussed and agreed upon. The built-in AV was a huge highlight. Across 12 workshops and three main-room sessions, we did not have a single microphone, projector, or presentation issue. For a conference with back-to-back programming, having the technology work seamlessly was invaluable. A special shoutout to Miguel, Casie, and Derek, who worked with us onsite. They were phenomenal. They proactively checked in throughout the conference, anticipated our needs, and handled several last-minute requests immediately. What impressed us most was how seamlessly they worked around our attendees and programming—always available when we needed them, while handling everything quietly in the background without interrupting sessions. As an event organizer, having a venue team you can trust to execute what was planned and adapt quickly when things change makes all the difference. Jay Conference Chelsea absolutely delivered. We will definitely be rebooking the next time we're in New York. Highly recommend!
