Scammers stay away! They told me I could use it for one month free if I signed a six-month contract, and I agreed. At the end of the contract, they said there was no such information and charged me rent. Also I did not want any additional services but they tried to get me to pay extra every month by adding kitchen expenses or unlimited tea or coffee!

Do Not lease offices at Regus Bryant Park! I left Regus Bryant Park on August 31st, and they said they terminated my contract. Clearly they didn’t do it correctly, because I keep getting late fee invoices! They returned a portion of my retainer and are holding onto remaining $537.53 with no justification at all. Anthony Seepersad and Joseph Perrone are the managers I’ve been emailing and they aren’t releasing the remainder of my retainer. This is completely unethical.

Bryant Park - NYC - 5th Avenue Executive Protection Services 104 West 40th Street New York NY 10018 Stole $620 from me and my son for Security job that we never received was never given to us was never interview interviewed for it. This company is a Ponzi scheme. I advised any and everybody to continue running from it because they are a joke. They never answered the phone. I had to call the cops. I have to call consumers affair on them and I’m still going through the nonsense. I’m trying to receive my money and the soul certificate that they never sent me or my Son.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Regus.

  • Coworking spaces typically have limited storage options, most of which are reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices. With that said, it’s best to contact the coworking operator directly via the form on the right side of the page to learn about available storage options.

  • Open desks may be the ideal choice if you thrive in a collaborative environment and value the opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers. Dedicated desks, on the other hand, provide a designated space with shared community amenities, catering to those who seek a balance between privacy and interaction.

For ultimate focus and private interactions, private offices are best for solo individuals and teams that seek uninterrupted productivity.

Selecting the most suitable workspace for you typically hinges on your work style and preferences, but it can also be determined by the type of work that you do, its duration, and whether you work alone or in a team.

  • At Regus - Bryant Park, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
