I've been planning events since 2014, and I've never once felt compelled to leave a review of a venue to let people know NOT to book it. Until now. I should have known not to book this when I knew they were trying to transition more toward an events space rather than a co-working space. I don't want to list all the things that went wrong for our event last month, since that would take a while; I just want to warn people who are thinking about planning an event here not to use them. They are not an event venue, and neither are the main staff. It's important to work with venues that are well-trained in events, and they are not. The reason I am giving 2 stars is that the porters were VERY helpful when we needed them, and our event manager that day was super sweet and understanding of how difficult the venue was, and tried her best to make it work for us. I have another event next month in NY, and I will not be going back here for my clients.
