Non-profit - members pay - Director (earns 6-figure salary) is rarely onsite - when they are, they bring a dog with piercing bark, very distracting (members can't bring pets). Moved to location different than one pictured on website, much smaller - admin offices cutting off all the sunlight to the large social space which is virtually unused. Very valuable organization that needs to re-orient around the needs of the writers it ostensibly serves.
