A very bad owner of the building who does not care at all about the housing conditions, such as dampness and mold on the walls. Moreover, the electrical installation in the basement is connected to the 2nd floor and the 1st floor also to the basement. People on the first floor pay electricity bills of over $300. The entire building clearly needs to be checked by the Department of Building because everything there is illegal. Thank you and best regards to the owner, Dragan Janovic.
