Can never go in there because there's always homeless people sleeping in there makes you feel uncomfortable going in there and not safe.

This is the branch for my business. I relocated and went in to update the address. I brought a MOUNTAIN of documents to prove the relocation. I was told it was all fine but somehow they changed it to an address that is not even MINE!!!!!!! Frightening that a bank can make such a careless mistake and jeopardize banking security

This is one of the worst TD bank branches. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes and in the end they didn't do my job, telling me to go online and do it yourself. TD Bank has one of the worst services.

Staff inadequate knowledge. Unable to help customers. Waited in silence without understanding what they were doing before they said they were not able to give me cash that was in my account

I was at this branch today and decided to ask about a service I needed more information about because I'd already read about it. The woman who helped me gave me incorrect information, perhaps to get rid of me quickly. I felt totally discriminated against in the way I was treated. I even considered taking my money and taking it to another bank! Very poor service.
