Staff inadequate knowledge. Unable to help customers. Waited in silence without understanding what they were doing before they said they were not able to give me cash that was in my account

I was at this branch today and decided to ask about a service I needed more information about because I'd already read about it. The woman who helped me gave me incorrect information, perhaps to get rid of me quickly. I felt totally discriminated against in the way I was treated. I even considered taking my money and taking it to another bank! Very poor service.

If you’re a small business owner and have some value for your time, don’t go here. They forgot to give me a piece of paper to sign, send me emails labeled URGENT at 4:58pm and then don’t answer their phones 10 seconds later, promise me for weeks they’ll have someone visit me in my office so i can sign that paper… and then today they figured out my business is in a different borough and that they can’t come visit my office (it’s a 20min train ride, we’re talking midtown to dumbo). And on top of that the lady asked me why did i choose the manhattan branch if it’s out of my way to visit their branch??? Who in the world plans on going to the bank often??? I was passing through and chose the bank bc it was on my way if you really have to know!!! Oh and check deposits take 6 business days to clear… you’re better off with a big corpo bank than these amateurs

Don't visit this branch. Tellers are racists, they do not appreciate long therm business clients, can't work nor think outside of the box on how to accommodate and value bank's patrons. Take your hard earned money elsewhere where you will feel as a valued client.

At 469 7th Avenue, Meeting Rooms can be booked by the hour. In addition, Private Offices can also be booked on a monthly basis.
Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with 3DEN.
The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
