Terrible customer service. Wifi wasnt working, there was no refund issued and front desk was super unhelpful. Really unpleasant experience.

I never been to this location so I had to check in to see the meeting room I booked but no one was at the front desk and I had to wait 20min to get my room!! Would not recommend!!

I’m a big fan of WeWork offices but this might be my least favourite one I’ve visited. It was very hard getting a desk since it was quite busy so I had to settle for a sofa. There are only 4 phone booths and even though they were empty, you can’t just use them, you will have to book with the community member and its limited to just an hour at a time (no stacking). However Kristin made an exception and allowed me to have 2 hours. Also, it’s only 1 floor so hence the limited seating. I much prefer the Times Square location - highly recommend that one!
