Cons: -The bathrooms aren’t clean and often smell due to lack of ventilation. -The toilets leak and toilet paper runs out. -Paper towel machines not working. -There are mice traps in the kitchen and I can hear them at night when I stay late to work. -While there is free food it’s not very good and the selection doesn’t reflect what you see on their Instagram ads. -Whoever designed it did an incredibly thoughtless job with basic architectural details like power for lighting or picking the correct HVAC vent. -The stools in the dining area are two low for the counter height so no one can sit there, leaving only 2 tables and 5 chairs in the common dining area -Not a lot of natural sunlight throughout the day. Pros: -The upside is that staff are kind and professional - It’s conveniently located. - I like the flavored pretzels & sparkling water. - Chia Pudding & Bagel breakfasts aren’t bad Overall do not recommend.

This shared office rocks! So fresh and modern and a million times more professional looking than WeWork. The 261 team (Mia & Lauren) are the absolute best! A great way to start your day with these two greeting you with their happy positive energy! :-) They're always friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend if you want a workspace that you really want to be at and allows you to focus.
