Industrious is one of those workspaces that actually feels like it was designed by people who understand what working professionals need. Clean, modern layout, plenty of natural light, and a vibe that balances productivity with comfort. The kitchen area is spotless and well stocked (bonus points for the fancy water machine with flavors and electrolytes), and the phone booths are perfect for calls. Every corner looks intentional, right down to the minimalist furniture and bright, open design. The staff keeps everything running smoothly and creates a professional yet relaxed environment. Easily one of the better shared office spaces I’ve worked in.

We rented a space from them for 2 years. Paid all our bills on time. Really enjoyed the space and people there. Then upper management decided to quadruple our rates and push our company out. I go by from time to time to pick up mail and the space is near empty. 6 months now after we have moved out they are sending us bills saying we did not pay them when we closed out all billing and received our deposit. Today when I was by picking up mail I heard they are doing it to another company also. Now you are warned.

Rent24 provides a great atmosphere to work. Selena does an excellent job of managing the space and is always looking to improve the environment whether it be seeking contractors to do work or providing goodies for the tenants and guests. Selena has been a great addition to the office.
