Overall this isn't a good wework. It's only on three floors 15(?), 12 and 11 in a old building. There's very little common space on each floor and feels very crowded. There's less than 10 phone booths in the entire complex. Unlike other locations, there's no small nooks. You basically get a common room and 2-3 phone booths on the side. The phone booths still mention this weird reservation system that just links up to an email the community staff that no one uses. Also, the app mentions complementary refreshments but it's pretty much all the same stuff at other weworks. Recommend avoiding.

I want to specify I attended the 1460 Broadway location (not 1450). The people at the front desk in the first floor (lobby) were extremely rude. The male worker whom was just sitting there doing NOTHING looked like he was in space or high and completely ignored me when I arrived. I proceeded to talk to the female staff which seemed to be working on something else on her computer and notepad and was too distracted to help me. She eventually just let me go inside with no screening because she had better things to do apparently. I had a horrible first impression of this place. I went for a tour and don't plan to return. I arrived at the top floor where the staff was nicer. However, I still left with very bad vibes. Furthermore, the place did not feel like the WeWork from back in the days we all know and loved. My advice to management: Screen your workers and hire people that want to be there or that aren't rude to others when they feel like it. For reference, I was there at around 9 AM on Tuesday July 16, 2024.
