Got black mold. There were roaches. Toilet clogged twice. Go to 24th. They have automatic sliding doors.

Passable if you’re assigned a six-person triple room apartment or a four-person regular double apartment - unliveable if you’re forced into a SMALL double (A type apartment) which is usually inhabited by four people but is more suited for two to live in. Absolutely riddled with pests - you will likely see mice at some point because once they get into someone’s room, they’ll be in EVERYONE’S apartments on the same floor. The poor mice also hate this building. Horribly maintained accommodation especially considering the price of rent. Freshmen, for your own sanity, just go live at the 24th St. dorm or get your own apartment. I promise you living here is not worth it.
