Reviews
Awesome space, Jess & Max are so great energy and the overall space is well managed with a good startup and founder community
I worked out of the 23rd st location. Was an amazing environment. Very professional, but also welcoming and really easy to connect with peers. The absolute highlight was the office manager Jess. She really cares for the space and it reflects in the culture. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking for a co-working office in nyc.
One of the best co-working spaces in the city due to amenities, cleanliness and location. The management, especially Jess, is absolutely incredible. It also has an amazing community of founders. It's a massive upgrade from the previous space my company was overpaying for.
My team has been in the space for just over 2 months now and this is, by far, one of the best co-working spaces in the city. This comes from someone who has tried multiple co-working spots before (WeWork, Varo, industrious). We love the community and the community manager (Jess!!) who does an excellent job in keeping the place absolutely perfect.
I joined Resident during my first few months of living in NYC while I was running an AI development agency with a fully remote team. I was looking for a workspace that optimizes for deep work, while also having a real community to connect with. Resident had the perfect setup for this. I had my own dedicated desk and the team was super generous and thoughtful about my work environment. When I had the bandwidth, I attended community events and network with other high quality founders and engineers. Highlights included forming a pickleball team and exploring a business opportunity with another member. Super grateful for Resident's community and would highly recommend!

The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.
A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.
It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
