I joined Resident during my first few months of living in NYC while I was running an AI development agency with a fully remote team. I was looking for a workspace that optimizes for deep work, while also having a real community to connect with. Resident had the perfect setup for this. I had my own dedicated desk and the team was super generous and thoughtful about my work environment. When I had the bandwidth, I attended community events and network with other high quality founders and engineers. Highlights included forming a pickleball team and exploring a business opportunity with another member. Super grateful for Resident's community and would highly recommend!

I've worked out of several coworking spaces and Resident stands out. The space is thoughtfully designed, comfortable without being distracting, and feels like somewhere you actually want to spend time. But the real differentiator is the community. The team is intentional about fostering genuine connections between members. The events aren't just happy hours. They create real opportunities to meet people doing interesting work. You can feel that the team cares deeply about the experience and it shows in every interaction. Can't recommend it enough.

I have visited Resident several times for events in the founder and investor community. The space is always inviting, comfortable, and filled with interesting and ambitious people. If you're considering joining, I highly recommend it!

Resident has done an amazing job at creating a beautiful and functional workspace build for deep work, collaboration, and community. The service level is exceptional, and they address anything you need promptly. I'm glad Resident exists now as they are elevating the bar for what a coworking space should be.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • At Resident - Company Club - Flatiron, Suite 404s, Suite 414s and Suite 416s can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • Most coworking space amenities are open to all members, regardless of the membership plan. Meeting rooms require prior reservation, and private offices are exclusively available to those with subscription packages. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to everyone. Complimentary amenities are also available to all, while ancillary services can be purchased or negotiated individually with Resident.

  • Resident - Company Club - Flatiron is open during regular business hours listed above. For any other requirements, make sure to contact the operator directly.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
