Do not stay here. They will charge u hundreds of dollars in fees after you leave. Small room. Bathroom is basically IN the room. No table no desk no fridge no nothing. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
We were here for my girlfriends birthday and we’re completely satisfied with our stay at Moxy‘s NYC Chelsea hotel. The location itself was perfect for us - right around the corner of many stores and restaurants we’ve been wanting to go to, right in the lovely western part of Manhattan. Our room was perfectly tidy and came with all the amenities we needed in our time of stay. It even came with a "Happy Birthday!" on the bathroom mirror and balloons! The view is typical for New York, astonishing views on the skyscrapers both at night and day time. The service was friendly and helpful both at the reception and hotel service. Our favourite part of the hotel was probably the upstairs bar and lounge area. Super cozy, aesthetically pleasing and chic! We had some lovely evenings in both the bar and chilling in the lounge area after an eventful day in New York. We would always come back to Moxy and definitely recommend this location.

Cute hotel and enjoyed the location with easy subway access and walkable to attractions. However the room was very small which we were aware of but didn’t realize how small it would feel. The lack of dresser or closet to unpack and lack of separate bathroom was very claustrophobic with two people in the room. Additionally, we were only given two bath towels, no wash clothes and no extra hand towels to start which is not enough for two people. The sign in the room states to call for towels, but the room phone did not work at all looked like it was more for decoration. Luckily I was able to request towels in the app and they brought some. The shower also leaked making the already small space and lack of extra towels frustrating. The elevator had long lines at busy times and the loud music from the rooftop bar can be heard late into the night even from floor 25. This hotel was cute and I enjoyed my stay, but would probably stay elsewhere next time.
