Stayed here for my bachelorette and the service was great! Hennessy was so friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make sure we were very comfortable in our stay. Highly recommended this place the rooftop bar was our favorite they played great music and the views were amazing. 10/10!

I found the hotel to have clean, stylish rooms with stunning city views, including views of the Empire State Building. I also appreciated the convenient location near major attractions and subway access. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. One thing to note is that the rooms can be on the smaller side.
I booked a room at this hotel. The next morning I called to cancel that reservation. This was well within the free cancellation period. At the exact minute that I received my cancellation confirmation, my credit card was charged the full amount of the room. Both the cancellation email and the charge were posted at sept 15 10:26 am. Obviously someone made an error. Ok fine. People make mistakes. It’s very annoying and it should not happen but no one is perfect. The MUCH bigger problem is when I called the hotel and gave them the cancellation confirmation and explained when the charge happened , it should be very simple. You have already inconvenienced me with your carelessness by putting a $531 unauthorized change on my card and then I have to take time out of my day to call you to correct it SO what should happen is you get the cancellation confirmation number from me, you sincerely apologize for the error and inconvenience and you tell me it will be taken care of and you will follow up with a call when the refund is issued.you let me off the call and then you do whatever YOU need to do immediately to correct the issue and then YOU follow up CONFIRMING ITS BEEN TAKEN CARE OF. Instead, the person I spoke with was rude, left me on hold for over 30 minutes while they “investigated the cancellation fee” and eventually I hung up because it had been over 30 freaking minutes. NO ONE followed up via call or email. Now we have to call the credit card company to deal with it. I would never trust these people with your credit card information. Pathetic.
