Mariano was great! I was here for a work trip, shared it was my first time at our NYC location, and he hooked me up with a room with the greatest view of the city. I can’t wait to come back!

We have just checked in at Moxy NYC Chelsea for a 6-day stay, and we already want to thank Mariano for his kindness and professionalism. He has been incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived and made us feel very welcome. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautifully designed with a great mix of industrial style and coziness. The view from our room is breathtaking — especially the view of the Empire State Building. The location is perfect, very central and close to everything, yet the room is still quiet and peaceful. As this is our first time in New York and I am celebrating my birthday here, this stay already feels very special. Thank you again, Mariano, for making the beginning of our stay so enjoyable.
