As you enter the Cunard Building, marvel at its stunning lobby and iconic Great Hall before reaching our workspace, where best-in-class amenities and panoramic city views await. With six nearby subway lines, a Citi Bike station, and a bus stop just down the block, the central location ensures seamless commuting for all. During breaks, explore the neighborhood's restaurants and bars, pay a visit to the iconic Charging Bull statue, or unwind along the picturesque waterfront at Battery Park.

For building security purposes, please let us know who will be attending. All guests must be registered and provide photo ID to enter the building. Please email your guest list, including first and last names, to . Our Wall St. (25 Broadway) location can be accessed via the main doors left to the Cipriani entrance on Broadway. A government issued photo ID will be needed to check in with security in the main lobby upon arrival. This co-working space is incredible. The staff are incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. The perks are great including free breakfast, snacks, and coffee/beverages. This isn’t your standard snacktime or breakfast either, they always switch up their offerings so it’s not the same things every time. For example, they’ve had avocado toast and English tea time. I’m so glad I chose to go with Industrious after shopping around multiple co-working spaces!
