If I could give a zero I would. This office is dark, small rooms, the staff isn’t cooperative or friendly, you won’t get your mail to say the least. I would encourage you to look elsewhere.

I wouldn’t give even 1star. These guys are rip off. Staff is terrible and building cleaning is even worse. Auto renewal policy is a joke and against NEW York State law. You can’t get out of this pothole until unless you tell them 3 months prior to the agreement renewal and that too is automatic without your consent. A total piece of unholy garbage.
