I do not recommend this apartment. The management is "extremely slow" to respond. It has been days with zero updates regarding our Wi-Fi, which broke down just a week after moving in. + It's still not working.. I'm paying $400 for the internet, but I cannot use it.
I do not recommend this apartment. The management is "extremely slow" to respond. It has been days with zero updates regarding our Wi-Fi, which broke down just a week after moving in. On top of that, they mischarged our rent and are completely ignoring my emails about it.
The apartments here are cheap for a reason!!! I made a maintenance request WEEKS ago and still haven’t heard anything. It is an important appliance not working (delivered to me in that condition, I just moved in,) not some frivolous, unimportant request. There is also an unrelated hot water issue (even at night, not just peak hours) so unless you like a surprise cold plunge several times a week, I’d suggest living elsewhere.
