Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with Regus and have terminated all services with them due to poor customer service and sneaky charges. Regus started to charge me for mail forwarding, though I never once received a piece of mail. When I called to inquire about my mail, I was told that they mistakenly sent it to the wrong address. Despite this huge mistake, they never once apologized, but instead, continued to charge me $30 every month for mail forwarding. When I asked for a refund, they dragged their feet, and it took months to get my money back. Even then, they credited me for the wrong amount, and I had to continue fighting for months to get all my money back. I'm now at the end of my contract and have paid the agreed upon amount each month (which I showed them is reflected on my credit card statement) and they are saying I have an unpaid bill of $30. This is an inexplicable charge that they seemingly created from nothing. I've tried calling the office multiple times to speak to a representative about this matter, but no one ever picks up, so I have no way to contact them. Disappointed with Regus is an understatement. I am glad that I will no longer be using their services, and I would discourage anyone else from working with them. They are a very unprofessional and deceptive.

I’ve been a Virtual Office client at Regus Hicksville since 2022, and my experience has recently taken a disappointing turn. I used to be able to call the office to ask if I had received any mail — a basic service I’ve relied on for years. Suddenly, I was told that phone inquiries are no longer allowed unless I pay an extra fee. I raised a complaint about this by email, and instead of receiving help or a proper explanation, I was ignored completely. A few days later, I received another email saying that even in-person mail collection — something that had always been included — would now be charged $9/month starting next renewal. This abrupt change, immediately following my complaint, feels retaliatory. I also escalated this issue to IWG’s customer service at the corporate level — no response at all. It’s very disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and transparency from both the local office and headquarters. I’m now reconsidering whether to continue using Regus at all, and I hope other clients are made aware of how service expectations are quietly being reduced while new fees are introduced without fair warning.

Pretty shabby and smelly place. Dimly lit.

The cleanest, most efficient office center that I have ever used in my 25 years of business. Shanida and Marina are extremely supportive and friendly to my staff and clients that visit. They keep the center organized, clean and ready for business All THE TIME. There are newer and much closer office centers around here but I will never leave because of the manager Shanida!
