Would not recommend. Before signing up for a private office, I specifically asked about noise and was told that the open coworking area was supposed to be a quiet workspace and that calls/talking were not allowed there. That was a major factor in my decision to pay significantly more for a private office. That was not my experience. The private offices are not soundproof, so noise from the coworking area and other offices carries directly into them. One member repeatedly took phone calls and virtual meetings from the open coworking area, including using speakerphone. I politely asked him myself to use one of the phone booths, and I also reported the issue to management multiple times. There were also people in private offices who seemed to have zero regard for anyone around them, literally screaming over each other and whining loudly for long stretches of the day. I’ve attached a video. Management agreed with me that the coworking area was supposed to be quiet and told me they would address it. They told me they had spoken to the member and even said his membership could be reviewed for termination. Despite that, the behavior continued. At one point it became so distracting that I gave up and went home to work. I was paying $600 per month for a private office. If people paying substantially less for the coworking area are allowed to take loud calls and meetings there anyway, while that noise carries straight into the private offices, then what exactly am I paying more for? There were other issues as well. The heating and AC are centrally controlled, and the offices could get extremely hot with no way to adjust the temperature yourself. Some basement offices, like mine, face directly into the coworking area through glass, which is also distracting. I also found the bathroom cleanliness to be subpar. The cleaning staff would also frequently be mopping, moving wet-floor signs, and emptying trash bins throughout the workday. Obviously the space needs to be cleaned, but when the offices already have virtually no sound isolation, it just becomes one more constant source of noise and distraction. Pros: The offices are furnished, the location is convenient, the price for a private office is reasonable on paper, and they provide complimentary water, coffee, tea, and oatmeal. Management was also always polite and responsive when I contacted them. But none of that changes the main issue for me. I rented a private office specifically so I could have a quiet, productive place to work. Instead, I was paying around $600 a month to hear speakerphone calls, loud conversations, people yelling from other offices, cleaning noise, and whatever else was happening outside my door.

Have been a tenant on and off for over three years. Hands down the most flexible working space around. Great staff, facilities and maintenance support. Extremely understanding and will do anything to support their tenants. Would recommend anytime.
