• Can I visit WorkSmart before making a decision? If so, how do I schedule a tour?

  Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. Schedule a tour here by filling out the form along with the date and time when you would like to visit the space and we’ll see you there.

• Can I change my membership if my needs or the needs of my team change over time?

  Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

  While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, WorkSmart may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

• Can I access the space outside of regular office hours?

  If you’re seeking flexible access, the monthly membership at WorkSmart provides 24/7 access to our workspace. Hourly and day passes, however, are typically limited to regular business hours.

• Can I use all the listed amenities no matter which membership I use?

  Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with WorkSmart.

• Can I book a desk or an office by the hour at WorkSmart? How about for a day or a month?

  At WorkSmart, Private Offices and Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.
