Conveniently located across from the LIRR and minutes from the Meadowbrook Parkway, making it easy to commute to from many locations on the island. The building is surrounded by shops, restaurants, and is close to amenities such as banks, post office and more. The building features various office options for small businesses, including co-working space, private offices, spa suites, virtual offices, part-time offices, hourly offices & conference rooms.

Our state of the art conference room has a capacity for 15 and features a smart whiteboard, voip phone, TV with HDMI hookup, 2 way camera system and more. We have a full kitchen with filtered water and coffee.

In town just for a day and needed a space to facilitate a webinar. Excellent, clean space, great communication, good price. Jamie went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Jamie and building/conference room has been great. We usually rent the office in the evening (5pm-9pm) Jamie always answers our phone calls & emails when we need immediate assistance. We’re waiting for a private office to become available to rent because our experience has been nothing but positive.

There’s no way to get in touch with them. I’ve called several times throughout the week, no one ever picked up or called back. I’ve emailed Jamie, no response. I’ve showed up at their location and no one was able to open the door. They want $700/month for a private office but no one can pick up the phone?
