Just got blood taken at this facility. Cristina was actually amazing. Fastest blood draw I have ever had and didn't feel a thing, and I am not particularly young. Kudos to the facility!

My son needed bloodwork done and, after unsuccessful attempts at a different facility, I took him to Northwell lab after my own seamless experience. Maria and Christine did an incredible job with my son, even though he exhibits Herculean strength under these circumstances. They expertly managed this feat in less than a minute. This will be my go to place for bloodwork for my child going forward. Thanks again, ladies!

The technicians are very nice and capable, unfortunately there is only a main phone number somewhere that has nothing to do with the lab, has a seemingly endless loop of prerecorded messages and can offer only limited information If and when you get through to a live representative. Directions are difficult and when using GoogleMaos & you might as well look for the whole food store in chappaqua

Gave me incorrect directions, then when I arrived late, due to the bad directions, they cancelled the appointment. I tried to speak to the manager, but they hung up on me

I have used this facility for a number of years and find the staff very good.
