I rented a dedicated desk at the Carmel location. Everything was perfect. Someone was there at 8:30 AM to let me into the office and provided me the WIFI connection details. The office was neat with a good work desk, kitchen and clean restrooms. The internet connection was good. Never had a dropped connection throughout the day. If at all there is room for improvement, replacing the old monitors to newer one’s will be really good but the facility is definitely a 5 star rating for the price.

Great space with tons of options, amenities, and a lovely view to boot. The staff made sure I was comfortable and had what I needed, and I had the flexibility of having a larger space for working, and a quiet and private space for calls. They also had a choice of monitors with everything needed to connect, so convenient.

It was great being able to make a last minute reservation for a workspace at Sybil Property. They were very friendly, the space was clean, and they helped me connect to the monitor and printer so I could get my work done.
