The literal space is very nice, a comfortable vibe to work in. And as someone else pointed out, location is great and includes parking. That said, be prepared for everything you need or want to take at least 5 times longer than it needs to, and involve many levels of bureaucracy. (from upgrading your space, to getting a conference room on the fly or just trying to figure out what is up with the Internet). Spaces and Regus are both co-working brands of a global firm called IWG so I guess we should expect hard to navigate levels of people, process, and software to be involved every time you need something but it is exhausting and something that would have taken 10 minutes 20 years ago now takes weeks and multiple interactions with multiple folks and software systems. The staff at location is cool, but the turnover is high (4 receptionists and 2 managers in just a year) and IWG doesn't empower the staff you see to do anything, or help in any way - you go handle everything yourself online, or someone emails a manager you never see or talk to handle things. The review below about trying to cancel his desk is a great example - he describes the typical experience, and the response with a facile "sorry" and instructions to email someone else is a very typical response. If you can stand being downtown there are much more efficient and hospitably run places to rent your office. Editing to add the thing that drives me the most crazy: bathroom sinks need adjusted. As they are currently working they spray water all over you, the counter, the mirror and the floor - no matter what you do to try and mitigate. Edit #2 - A great example of how unhelpful the corporate procedures are beautifully illustrated in their response below where I am cordially invited to submit even more support tickets so they can follow up on the issues I've been experiencing and detailed in this review and previous support tickets. 🤷🏻‍♀️. AND - I finally contacted property owner (Spaces landlord) myself and they fixed all the bathroom sinks that day. Not sure what issues preventing Regus from getting that done over last year.

Terrible company that runs Chandler St. Don't rent here. They get you on an automatic renewal and make it impossible to cancel your agreement. I emailed numerous times about not renewing my agreement. I was not even able to cancel my renewal agreement within my online account like they wanted. Nobody offered help, except for the receptionist Mia. Regus and Spaces would not work with our business to find a solution that would benefit us both. Terrible service and company that doesn't value small business.
