Members do a really great job keeping the place tidy, despite no staff on-site. I have no trouble taking calls in designated areas when I don't need complete privacy, and I have no trouble booking meeting space when I do. Without staff on-site, there aren't standard day passes offered (there's a bit of orientation required), but the on-boarding is easy to arrange, and then the ten-pass option works great for regular Brooklyn visitors.

I don't think their business model is clever. You can't buy daily passes (without buying many at once), but the place is always empty every time I pass by it. Come on management... Do better...

Downgrading from 5 to 4. Still a great space (although, ventilation is too loud). But now I'm unable to enter it even with my membership paid. Support team said that my "passes were setup incorrectly" and that it's fixed - although, it's still an issue. So, there's a risk of getting locked out or missing a call.

Really nice and comfortable space. Provides a quiet workspace and also plenty of rooms for meetings. Plenty of nice lunch options nearby as well.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Flexibility is the cornerstone of coworking, so you always have the option to adjust your workspace to match your current needs. With month-to-month memberships, you can effortlessly upgrade, downgrade, or even switch between different coworking plans.

While the standard practice is to change memberships only once the current one ends, Work Heights may be able to offer additional options, so it’s best to reach out to their staff directly.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

  • Work Heights has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.

  • At Work Heights, Dedicated Desks can be booked on a monthly basis.

  • The open desk is the way to go if you’re looking for a flexible workspace in an open environment where you can socialize with other members. Or, choose a dedicated desk if you want a designated space that also allows you to keep in touch with the community.

A private office works wonders if you or your team need a quiet, secluded space to conduct your work and interact with people in your organization.

It’s important to understand the different types of coworking arrangements available to you, depending on the type of work that you do and its duration, and whether you’re a solo worker or part of a team.
