Aweful, I did the same exact behavior I did from day 1 by only keeping to myself, always cleaning up after myself, bothered nobody. Then after their staff harassed me out of nowhere I emailed what happened. I did nothing wrong and didn’t reply to the criminal harasser. Not only did they not respond to the complaint at all, they cancelled my membership for reasons that made no sense since I always did the same behavior there. They cancelled my membership instead of handling the complaint like a real business. Worth mentioning that this also occurred THE DAY after I uploaded my iPhone software, so they’ll definitely be caught if these harassing criminals are ALSO messing with my personal phone info!!! Don’t give these scammers your money, they’re not worth it. They did this to me 6 days before my next college semester begins, they totally messed with me and my college education/study space ONLY 6 DAYS before college started, with work and their pathetic bs, that was stressful at a crucial period. Hope karma gives them their just desserts soon, nasty aweful people. I’d really enjoy watching them imprisoned for harassment. Cheap cluttered really uncomfortable setup is what you pay for. Don’t expect to get all your mail deliveries. Owner has zero integrity, I’d be surprised if he had a soul. Really!! He probably harassed me on purpose with the staff. Losers, horrible, definitely beware, evil business. They don’t know what real cleanliness is, they don’t enforce the rules to members that don’t clean up after themselves. It’s probably the owner and his friends that leave their dishes in the sink everyday. Gross, and they never clean it right!! And who can’t take 40 seconds to wash a cup?!

Work Heights has a 24/7 availability that comes with a monthly membership. Hourly and day passes usually only allow for access during regular business hours.
Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.
It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Work Heights, who is more than happy to help out.
