If you are renting an office be aware. I have spent three month in one of their solitary office. The roof was decaying and ended up in a dust haze when Zooming with the team. Roof crumples from the constant construction added a very delightful dystopian feeling to my work day. So I’ve had enough, packed my dusty equipment and left two weeks early and left that chapter behind. Not knowing that it’s not done yet, they withhold my deposit around $1000 never to give it to me back again, and not for the lack of trying on my side. So if that’s what you are looking for then maybe The Yard is for you.

  • Most, if not all, amenities are available to you as a member, regardless of the type of membership. Some shared spaces, like the meeting rooms, need to be booked in advance and private offices are only available for those with a subscription. However, all the other areas, like the lounge, kitchen and breakout spaces, are usable by every member. All complimentary services are available and anything ancillary can be purchased or negotiated with The Yard.

  • Whether you need a short-term workspace solution or something more permanent, The Yard - The Yard Greenpoint has you covered. Conference Room 1s and Conference Room 2s are available by the hour. But you can book Day Passs, Conference Room 1s and Conference Room 2s for an entire day.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with The Yard, who is more than happy to help out.
