Everything is always broken, no conference rooms, staff has been pretty rude :(
Had a negative experience today was kicked out of a conference room that no one needed during a big meeting. I was new and didn’t realize and just asked for a few more minutes but they kicked me out anyway even though no one needed the room. I work in customer service and was very disappointed by the way they talked to me. I did not like the way I was treated by their team it ruined my day :(
@sohohome absolutely awful customer experience. My wife had an appt today with a sale associate at the dumbo studio who cancelled last minute. Wife took time off work to go see furniture for us to purchase for our new home. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of clients time. Would not recommend working with Lyric.
