I would really think twice before signing up to be a co-working member here without a private office. I signed up for an annual membership to use the common areas, and I now really regret it. They play background music constantly, and refuse to turn it off no matter how many times you ask, even though no one is actually listening to the music. Because there aren't enough private booths for phone conversations, people end up walking around and talking on their phones or just giving up and conducting full voice conversations right next to you. During busy times, it can be hard to find a seat at a table in an area where it's quiet enough to work. If you nonetheless want to become a member, be sure that you sign up for a month-to-month membership and not an annual membership. I made the mistake of signing up for an annual membership, and Industrious absolutely will not release me from continuing to pay for a membership that I don't need. On this point, expect them to be totally inflexible. Regardless of what happens or how your business changes, they'll be collecting their fee for 12 months. James, the community manager, is the only true positive about this place, and is always very helpful if you run into problems with printing or the wifi. With regard to Industrious as a company, however, if you need customer service, you'll have a hard time reaching anyone on the phone who can resolve your problem. Last time I called customer service, I was on hold for half an hour before the system hung up on me.

We had a fantastic experience filming a client interview at Industrious. The space provided a perfect professional aesthetic, and we were especially impressed by how quiet the environment was, which is essential for capturing clean audio. James, the manager, went above and beyond to help us select the ideal room and provide everything we needed for a smooth shoot. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing a polished, well-managed workspace for a video projects.
