Kreate Hub builds stable environments for artists and makers, supporting tenant growth, and fostering community. There is a publicly accessible gallery on the first floor. I love this place, located off the beaten path. Building is a one shop destination. Many creatives here conducting all types of services. I hated the stairs though but I appreciate the idea.

My company Green Canvas Productions recently collaborated with Kreate Hub to host a cinematography workshop series for aspiring camera operators. Beautiful building wrong businesses. I scheduled an appointment with Jazzy.inkz on the 3rd floor. Originally tried to schedule a 9pm appointment. But this artist told me after I made my deposit 9pm was too late. So, We agreed on 5:30pm. I arrive a few mins early. But Jazzy.inkz is not there. She stated she will be a hour late. At about 7pm she has arrived. Go to her studio and now she notice she isn’t prepared and need supplies and has to go to the store. We gave this unprofessional person multiple chances. Fast forward to it now being about 8:25pm when we decide to leave b/c Jazzy.inkz still was not back from her “store run”. No tattoo was started and of course she refuse to refund deposit. 3 hours waiting and no tattoo. If you looking for professional business owners this building is not the place to find them. Go elsewhere. I also learned this artist may not be licensed. Save your time and money. Do not visit this location for any businesses. Save your time.

I’ve been renting this space for my business for 3years and LOVE IT! The management team (especially Mimi) are great. So welcoming, accommodating, and understanding to everyone.10/10 experience with this space and would recommend to everyone looking to rent a space.
