needed a place to charge my phone. i paid $11 for a specialty cold brew even though mine was just a regular one. then the barista came upstairs and told me i couldn’t use the outlet unless i paid extra to use the coworking space.

I visited on June 1st. It wasn't very crowded, but the experience wasn't very good. Based on the reviews, I thought it would be good, but the service was mediocre and the avocado toast wasn't good. The decor was nice, though. I hope it was just my experience because they have a nice place.

Waited 35 minutes for a coffee while three customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. When I approached the owner, who was working at the time, I was told their system had glitched and that “it is what it is.” There was no apology, no effort to make it right, and no accountability for the mistake. Very disappointing customer service experience. 1 star.

You can’t stay here for more than 1 hour without paying for wifi. It’s not optional. You have to pay or go downstairs where there is no laptops allowed. even if you’re not doing work and even if the shop is completely empty,they don’t want you here unless you pay for WiFi…All that for matcha that is milky and not potent.

This place is amazing, but I paid $8 for a cup of ice w some delicious coffee. They ran out of lids but it wasn’t a problem bc I finished it in a few minutes. Management needs to get it together. If the people pay for a cup of coffee, please don’t give them ice with a splash of coffee… it’s just not right. I want to keep coming back but please do better…
