Writing reviews isn’t really my thing, but I am so incredibly appalled by the local team here in Reno that I feel it’s my public duty to inform any innocent potential tenants of just how horrific their billing practices are. In August 2025, my office lease ended and I coordinated months in advance to change to a “Membership” program. Essentially, I no longer have a dedicated office, but my membership allows me to use any Regus office location up to 5 days per month, use them as a mailing address, etc. In August, they sent me the final invoice for my office space which included a one-time “restoration” fee. This was fine and expected, but they billed my credit card twice for this. I have sent multiple copies of my credit card statements to the local staff and corporate and here we are on January 20th, 2026, nearly 5 months later, and I still have not been credited back that double charge. Additionally, someone mysteriously created a separate account, and I was getting double invoiced for my membership, as if I have two Memberships. They do not allow you to turn off auto-billing so for the last 5 months, I have been double charged or over charged in some capacity with no way to stop the overcharge from being charged to my credit card. In October, despite charging me for duplicate services charging my credit card, they erroneously marked my account as “past due” and restricted my use of their office space that I had legitimated paid for! I received aggressive emails from their “collections” department threatening to report this to my credit - despite the fact that at this point I had OVER paid them! When I called to address, they hung up on me. Oh, but we aren’t done here. I paid a deposit for my office space rental that ended in August. Their own policy states the deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the end of the lease. Again, here are nearly 5 months after my lease ends and they still have not refunded my deposit. There were no damages, this is simply them refusing to honor honest billing practices. I have sent countless emails, begged, and pleaded for assistance. Regus owes me $3,675.25, and that total grows each month as they continue to overcharge me. Most of my emails to the local team go ignored. I received a call in early December (it took that long to get someone (Cheyenne) to pick up a phone and call me) where I got a partial apology for their slow response. I was told they hoped to have this resolved and refunds processed that week. Since then nothing has been fixed and they have ignored my attempts to follow up further. I currently have an attorney drawing up a case against them. I would advise you find ANY other option besides Regus. You will save yourself tremendous headaches.

Just wanted to check the location for future meetings with my Reno Business Parnter. Very nice building and location.

Generally chill office, it’s quiet, good location, great natural light. It’s weird that the bathrooms require a key. Makes the office space feel more like a gas station.

Horrible service. Staff does not reply to emails and never answers the phone. We went to set up our space only to discover someone was using it. a month in zero reply from Regus to fix the issue.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, you can certainly take a tour of the space before signing up for a membership. In fact, it’s encouraged, to help you get a feel for what your workday will look like. • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Regus, who is more than happy to help out.
