Updated: Run as far away from this business as you can! I notified them multiple times I was not renewing my lease, I clicked on the link that they emailed me, indicating I was not renewing my lease, and I just found out Charged my bank account $7,557! Apparently, due to their system error, when I clicked on the link, indicating I was not redoing my lease, it did not properly register. They are now telling me that they are going to refuse to refund my money that they just charged for a year of rent in full, even though I moved out February 27 and handed in my keys. They also make it impossible for you to dispute with your bank because they put it through as a signed contract so the banks won’t look at it as fraud or do anything to help you get your money back. If you’re looking for an affordable office, space, just skip this company altogether. When signing my lease last year, my number one week requirement was that I had easy access to a conference room for one of my clients. I was told no problem just let us know anytime and we can reserve either of the conference rooms for you that you need. Well, upon moving in and needing to reserve one of them, it literally turned into a nightmare with being told that it was $125. Nowhere on my paperwork, does it say that, and then I was told to reserve the smaller conference room, you have to reserve that day of. Well, now, this is the fifth time I have tried to reserve it by emailing like I was told to do, and crickets. No one responds, no one ever answers the phone, you cannot reserve it through the app or they try to charge you $90. The person that did, my paperwork was clearly making commission or some sort of incentive for getting tenants to sign leases and willfully did not disclose the true terms of what it took to get a conference room. I am at my wits end and sick and tired of the lack of communication and irresponsibility of the one thing that I double, and triple checked about before signing my lease. Now, once again, this morning, I am in need of this conference room and crickets all over again. I will definitely be looking elsewhere when my lease is up in the spring time. We are also on our fourth receptionist since March, and none of them seem to know anything about what’s going on. I also found out that for two months my mail was being put in another tenant’s folder with a completely different name that’s nowhere near any of my business names. I also seem to still be missing mail, that I have no Idea where it’s being put.

I would never rent from this place again. I had already terminated my lease with plenty of time and they are still trying to charge me for rent. They have charged me two months of two different rent amounts. I am also showing that I have a balance for another month of rent. I have moved out officially this weekend. Cheyenne Lee is the one who is supposed to be contacted for that location but she does not respond to emails. She will say she is going to get back to you but does not follow up. Amber the lady at the front desk is great but they do not give her any ability to do her job due to the chain of command. When I emailed the person above Cheyenne, I still did not get any response back. The only way to reach anyone is email and even then they don't respond. The admin for each center is told not to give out phone numbers and even if you call another center you are not guaranteed they will answer the phone. I have plenty of emails to confirm my termination and attempts to communicate with Cheyenne to resolve this issue. Regus needs to make immediate changes to ensure their staff and clients have a better experience.

My husband rented an office here for one year, recently moved out this November. Absolute worst place to rent. The lack of communication is absolutely ridiculous. They have acknowledged his termination of lease with documentation and are still trying to charge him every month for rent that he no longer owes. We had to get our bank to place a block in order for them to stop taking money from our account. When emailing them NO ONE emails back at all! There is no number to contact anyone with any authority and the one person who you are supposed to be able to contact you can never find or get ahold of. The poor receptionist cannot get ahold of anyone either. We are also owed our deposit that was supposed to be returned to us within 30 days and have yet to see it. We have done everything including submitting “help tickets” through their website and emailing anyone we could yet still no response. At this point we’re looking into legal action.

Literally no one answers the phone, sits at the desk, or answers questions. They ramped pricing by 30% after the first year and said it was just market value. If you call them, every selection on their phone system says “invalid” entry. It’s a complete scam stay away.
