Edit: The team heard what happened, and helped me out tremendously. I now have an office here and the vibes are on-point. Thank you Kiln corporate! Absolutely love this place. Was a member of another big coworking spot for about 6 years before finding Kiln! Absolutely stunning location and office space, BUT I had an extremely unsettling and unwelcoming experience from Angela, the community director. There was a miscommunication while Im finishing a large project for a long time friend and client. He said I can stay in his office and work while he stepped out to do some work in the field. She berated me, even asking "If I ever ran a business before" while I was in the middle of a conversation with a long time friend. There was a miscommunication between my client and the front desk I guess (my client says he gave them the instruction that I'd stay in his office and complete our contractual work for him, and that her statement was just not true and he doesn't like to be insinuated to be a liar. ) but after her interaction my anxiety went through the roof. The rest of the team has been awesome to me during my short visit back to Las Vegas, but the situation with their *top leader* or whatever was 100% unbecoming of the brand I know Kiln is striving to be. If she is this way with prospective customers (was literally about to join my client's office and split some costs after such a good time there) but I will for sure wait a bit. I also can not in-good-faith recommend any of my friends or families join under her tenure here. If anyone who can do something about it reads this, please help support your team with some house manners / customer service training. If anything DANIEL should probably do the training he has been amazing. (Ps, we had it recorded since I was in the middle of a sales convo before we got cut off.)

Huge shoutout to Fiza, Patrick, and Daniel for creating such a welcoming atmosphere that I sometimes forget I’m actually at work. My bosses might not love hearing that, but it’s a testament to the amazing team here. Grateful to work with such great people. 10/10!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Kiln., who is more than happy to help out.

  • With a monthly membership, Kiln - The Assembly by offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Kiln..
