Absolutely love this place. Was a member of another big coworking spot for about 6 years before finding Kiln! Absolutely stunning location and office space, BUT I had an extremely unsettling and unwelcoming experience from Angela, the community director. There was a miscommunication while Im finishing a large project for a long time friend and client. He said I can stay in his office and work while he stepped out to do some work in the field. She berated me, even asking "If I ever ran a business before" while I was in the middle of a conversation with a long time friend. There was a miscommunication between my client and the front desk I guess (my client says he gave them the instruction that I'd stay in his office and complete our contractual work for him, and that her statement was just not true and he doesn't like to be insinuated to be a liar. ) but after her interaction my anxiety went through the roof. The rest of the team has been awesome to me during my short visit back to Las Vegas, but the situation with their *top leader* or whatever was 100% unbecoming of the brand I know Kiln is striving to be. If she is this way with prospective customers (was literally about to join my client's office and split some costs after such a good time there) but I will for sure wait a bit. I also can not in-good-faith recommend any of my friends or families join under her tenure here. If anyone who can do something about it reads this, please help support your team with some house manners / customer service training. If anything DANIEL should probably do the training he has been amazing. (Ps, we had it recorded since I was in the middle of a sales convo before we got cut off.)

I’ve been here for a few weeks for work and had always heard good things about this workspace, especially the location. But let me be completely honest about this place: It’s dirty. It’s crazy to see how beautiful this place is, yet they don’t have proper cleaning staff. The fridge is disgusting there’s been a spill sitting there untouched for three days and food from november still sitting in the fridge untouched. The cleaning staff is around, but they just walk around doing nothing. It’s very dusty, and there’s hair everywhere (both dog and human). Because they have so many plants, if you have bad allergies, avoid the areas with lots of greenery. The restrooms are rarely clean. They have a “private” restroom in their wellness room, but it’s also disgusting people are inconsiderate and leave it dirty. The kitchen is gross. They only clean the outside to make it look presentable, but the ice machine, coffee maker, cups, and other items are dirty. I also saw someone give their dog water in one of the bowls people use, and the staff didn’t say anything about it. The staff is lazy and not very friendly. The front desk staff often have an unwelcoming attitude that makes you not even want to ask questions or raise concerns. I would honestly think twice about choosing this place. It’s too expensive for it to be this dirty, and the staff experience doesn’t help. If you do visit, take a tour and make sure to look closely at everything don’t let the nice plants and appearance fool you.

Can’t ask for a better co-working space than this! Friendly staff, beautiful and access to the uncommons is so nice!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Kiln., who is more than happy to help out.

  • With a monthly membership, Kiln - The Assembly by offers 24/7 access to its workspace, allowing you to work at any hour that suits your schedule. Hourly and day passes, however, typically grant access during regular business hours only.

  • While storage in coworking spaces is generally limited, and mostly reserved for members with dedicated desks or private offices, you should always check with the coworking operator about additional storage solutions. Fill out the form on the right side of the page to reach out to them and learn all about the available options.

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.

Choosing the ideal coworking arrangement for you is about aligning your workspace with your work style, team dynamics, and project requirements.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Kiln..
