Jasmine lied to me about what the costs were in order to get me to sign a contract and then the bill was nearly triple what she claimed it would be. I immediately ended the contract and they had the audacity to say "I know we lied to you to get you to sign the contract but you still owe us the money." If you are wondering what kind of people you are dealing with, there you go.

Do NOT lease office space here. We leased from Summer 2021 - Spring 2024. The building A/C does not work and our office was consistently between 85-100+ degrees more than 6 months each year. Regus will force you to pay rent even when your office becomes uninhabitable. They constantly told us that "maintenance was on it" but never fixed the issue summer after summer. The only way we could get the office to within normal temperature ranges was by installing a portable A/C unit OURSELVES (see picture I posted). More than half of the floor stopped coming in each summer because it was too hot. You will regret the day you sign a lease here as soon as it warms up. Consider yourself warned.

Overall, this Regus location is very well run. Staff are great, the center and offices are always super clean. Very nice interior design also. Definitely on the higher end of office rentals, worth the money.
