We have been clients with BSSI since 2017 and have always had excellent customer service and friendly phone and in-person interactions with the staff there. Any time I’ve called our number to check in the person answering the phone has been friendly and professional. They answer emails quickly, too! Definitely no complaints, and absolutely worth what they charge, which is not much compared to what I would be willing to pay for this quality of service!
