Nice building with collective offices inside. When I walked in, I was greeted immediately, and checked in. Within three minutes I was brought to one of the back offices for my appointment. The building had many individual offices within. They ranged from small, to large offices. The inner and outer building appeared clean, and well maintained.

I went to this building to see my therapist a few days ago. And let me tell you - it was FREEZING in this place. I asked my therapist if she could turn the heat on and she told me, "the owners haven't turned it on yet even though we've all been asking for weeks." What??? I used to work in a prison and I can tell you that even prisoners get warmer cells than this place. So we sat in our jackets and did an hour long session in what was likely a 57 degree office. I simply don't know how someone could work in or visit such a frigid building. On that day, we were just over a week away from December and the overnight low was easily in the 30's. I remember watching Charles Dicken's "A Christmas Carol" when I was in elementary school, thinking that "Scrooge" was a character who lived in the 1800's. Apparently not - he's alive and well! Don't get me wrong. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful and my therapist is top notch. But if you're someone who enjoys heat in the winter or AC in the summer, this place is NOT for you. Imagine if you had a medical condition or were elderly, how many minutes could you stand in this place? I'm sure in 2025 they'll decide to cut the electricity and this place will have no lights either.

I get my taxes done at BMA tax service here and for the past 2 or 3 years, this place is very clean and the front desk personnel are professional. Everyone had on masks and followed CDC protocols. I had no problem meeting for my face to face appointment and was done in less than an hour even with a complicated tax issue.
