Kathleen Bliss Law, PLLC, has leased office space from Regus for three plus years. The law firm is moving out of state. Our firm continues to lease with Regus because of ou positive experience with Jackie. The purpose of this correspondence is to convey to you that Regus has an outstanding employee whom we have had the pleasure of working with. That person is Ms. Jackie Trujillo, Community Team Member, Regus at the District. Jackie is a professional that is away thoughtful, resourceful, reliable and goes out of her way to make sure the job is done right. Her communication skills and ability to deal with the public is remarkable. Jackie is courteous, friendly and obviously sincere about her job. Jackie has been a delight to work with. In our opinion she is well qualified for advancement at Regus or any other forward-thinking company. Take advantage of her people skills.

I spend more time deeper in Henderson, this location has become especially convenient. It’s not only a great professional workspace, but it’s also perfectly situated near shopping and other stores, which makes running errands or grabbing a quick bite incredibly easy. I also want to give a special mention to Jackie at the front desk. She is welcoming, professional, and always makes the experience that much better. Great customer service truly makes a difference!

I want to be clear this 5-star review is for Jackie at the front desk, not for the building conditions. What’s kept me here this past year has been Jackie’s professionalism, warmth, and consistency. She is always welcoming, always helpful, and handles everything with a calm, positive attitude no matter what’s going on behind the scenes. Over the past year we’ve dealt with the AC going out, carpets being replaced, bathrooms out of service forcing tenants to use outdoor facilities, and even a persistent unpleasant odor in the building that has lasted over two months. Through all of it, Jackie never once lost her professionalism. She stayed supportive, communicative, and genuinely caring toward tenants the entire time. That kind of presence makes a huge difference. Diana is also always helpful and kind, but Jackie truly goes above and beyond every single day. I sincerely hope corporate understands how much value she brings to this location and takes care of her accordingly. I will say I’ve never heard from corporate Regus regarding compensation or a genuine apology for the inconvenience tenants endured. Next month is my last month here, and that part is disappointing. But again — Jackie deserves recognition. She is the reason this review is 5 stars.

I can’t believe this We booked a room for a meeting from 8:30 to 5 pm today and we couldn’t even access the elevator to access the room and no one in the reception at all. Called everywhere to find someone but no luck I can’t believe this it is by far the worst company ever Do not ever come here or do service with them They are not responsible If she doesn’t show up we are cancelling this meeting
