Our mortgage company has been tenants of Workspace 141 since the fall of 2023. With our main office in El Paso, TX it was prudent for our business to have a New Mexico presence as well. Workspace 141 has not only given us a physical office space, but they've also provided us with the tools to "wow" our clients. Important features to us and our clients include: a full time receptionist, excellent conference/meeting rooms, and 24 hour access. MUCH more than a "temporary workspace"--Workspace 141 is going to be a part of our long term strategy in the region.

I've attended events at Workspace 141's learning center and can't recommend it enough! From the diverse office space rental options to the unique green screen room, this coworking space goes above and beyond to cater to all needs. The community vibe is welcoming, and the staff are incredibly supportive. Whether you're looking for a space to collaborate, create, or grow your business, Workspace 141 offers the perfect environment. Definitely a 5-star experience!

  • Absolutely. Flexibility is one of the best parts of coworking. Most coworking memberships are month-to-month, so you can quickly adjust your space preferences according to your unique requirements and the size of your team. Whether that means upgrading the space or downsizing it or even completely changing the type of coworking subscription that you use, you always have the option to adjust as you go.

    It may be possible to adjust your membership before current membership ends, but you will have to discuss and negotiate directly with Workspace 141, who is more than happy to help out.

  • Whether you're a day pass holder or a monthly member, you can access most amenities. Meeting rooms do require prior scheduling, and private offices are reserved for those with subscriptions. However, the lounge, kitchen, and breakout spaces are open to all. Complimentary services are also available regardless of membership tier, while ancillary services can be purchased separately or negotiated with Workspace 141.

  • Workspace 141 operates during regular business hours, as indicated above. For access outside of these hours, please contact the operator directly to inquire about any available options.

  • Storage in coworking spaces can be limited, with most of it reserved for members with dedicated desks and private offices. However, you can reach out to the coworking operator using the form on the right side of the page to see what options are currently available.  

  • For spontaneous collaboration and interaction, open desks provide an open and flexible environment. If you prefer a dedicated space with shared community elements, dedicated desks offer a great balance between personal space and interaction.

    On the other hand, private offices are best suited for focused work and private interactions. They're ideal for solo workers as well as teams seeking a dedicated space, shielded from distractions.
