I have been at FatPipe East Mountains for two years now. First, I was a drop-in member, then I upgraded to a semi-private office, and I now have a private office. I am so grateful that this space is here. I am able to have a clean and professional environment to do focused work in. I have all of the amenities and comforts I need, from high-speed fiber internet and high capacity printer/scanner to a water cooler, coffee, and other drinks and snacks. I even have a dedicated mailbox for my business. Tasha is at the front desk and is always available to help. All of this support is a great deal for something that just isn't otherwise available in the East Mountains!

I rented a semi-private office and then a private office. Unfortunately when an office came available and I was given access to it the walls were in need of repair and paint which I had to pay for and do myself. Their cleaning crew uses toxic pluggin and clip on "air fresheners" that caused a persistent cough where I was coughing up phlem throughout the day. They took out the scented pluggins but kept the clip ons. I provided plenty of info on the toxic chemicals being released from the scented air fresheners but they chose to keep using them so I left.

I have been renting a private office here for the past 2 years and have had a great experience. Office staff is always friendly and accommodating! The office is always kept clean.

Working at FatPipe is the best! Tasha is amazing and her customer service is beyond what you would expect for a small town like Edgewood. Prices are super cheap too!!
