I am reposting my review from my experience at the Lang office. To my knowledge these 2 locations are still owned by a private owner but managed by Regus. Stay far away from this place especially if you are a small business. This is a greedy corporation. No one that owns or manages this place is an honest person. If you are desperate to rent an office here then talk to the current clients or ask Regus for tenant references so you can make an informed decision. READ your contract!! Don’t just let their sales rep pressure you. Ask about the non-refundable deposits, the requirements of 2 months rent plus move in fee, the restoration fee, the activation fee, the service fee the auto enrollment in coffee fee, the “hold” deposit if you are not signed up for auto-pay. Just do yourself a favor and talk with a current tenant about their experience and how they feel stuck in their ridiculously over priced contract. These offices don’t even look like what they have pictured, the AC was broken for half the year, roof leaks, carpet stains, holes in walls in common spaces and offices, and outdated furniture that was left by the old owner.
