Scam of a business. They lock your payment method in immediately so that they can continue to charge you thousands in baseless fees, without any recourse to dispute them or ask questions. You have no option to remove that payment method when things become clearly a scam. The helpline won’t even acknowledge the majority of your inquiries. They will move you in to an office that has not been cleaned and still contains the prior tenants property without telling them (some of the property privileged but just left to whoever moves in next). They do not clean the offices between tenants, but then hit you with a “restoration fee” of over $1,000. They promise you desks and chairs but will never deliver them. The building is in need of countless repairs that were never addressed while I was there. Kitchen sink can’t be used, dishwasher can’t be used, hvac doesn’t work…but none of that really matters when you’re spending over $2,000 a month for an office with no furniture or phones so that you can actually work from that space. Getting your security deposit back is impossible. Once you terminate your lease, they will continue charging you rent until they decide your lease is done. Leases are supposed to be month to month per the contract, but you can’t get an actual person to respond to questions like that. I’ve tried working with retention specialists, the help line, and even the area manager, all of whom said they would issue a refund, but ultimately just said sorry for your poor experience here, but we will not be refunding you anything. I’ve never seen such a poorly run business managed by nothing but incompetence. Avoid at all costs.

This place is an absolute mess. Never had any problems when they were office alternatives, but over the last year that Regus has taken over I have had nothing but problems. First their system will not allow me to add my credit card for auto billing. Never had that problem before Regus took over. Have been in the office multiple times and each time there is a new person at the front desk and they tell me the same thing. "we will send a ticket and let you know what we hear back." Ultimately never hearing back from them. On one occasion the girl tried adding the payment method on her computer and tried multiple times without success. She ultimately never got back to me with a resolution after submitting another ticket about this issue. Next issue is that you cannot get ahold of ANYONE! You call the numbers listed in your emails and on google and none of them get you anywhere! They literally put you through a phone tree that ultimately hangs up on you! Forcing you to go in to the office in person for something that could be handled with a simple phone call. My next issue is that I received an email saying my services were no longer going to be active at the end of the month and they are sad to see me go? Go where? Amongst that confusion, I go to pay my monthly bill, online, since I cannot setup auto pay on their system. My bill is actually about $5 cheaper than normal? Now I am not one to complain about that but an email was sent out earlier this year stating a price increase? I have a feeling Regus bought this place thinking that it would be self sufficient and would just collect money and not have to do anything? All while just letting the business go to the waste side. The two gentleman that worked for Office Alternatives, prior to Regus were long tenured employees and were very good at what they did. The revolving door of front desk receptionist with Regus is not good. Some of them have been great with trying to be helpful, but ultimately never have an answer or a solution to anything. One employee(who I have not seen since) was clearly on some kind of upper and was so frantic and disorganized all while trying to accomplish nothing? It was quite amusing. Please Regus, put some effort into this place. It should be self sufficient, It just needs some work to make it that way. And it starts from the top and works it way down the pipeline. This is the 5th negative review with not one 5star review. There is clearly something wrong here and I hope Mark Dixon becomes aware of the issues. I will gladly update my review once these issues are addressed.

Everything about these reviews are true! The review replies say to raise a ticket but I have had 1 in place for 2 months and have not heard anything back, but my account is still being charged! Not to mention the hours I've spent on the phone trying to get to anyone. Save yourself the trouble. No office is better than this scam place.

Horrifying service. Takes an age to get a hold of someone. They only have an 800 number that doesn't directly route you to the office itself. The only way to get important issues handled and actually speak to someone to help you with your mail, is if you spend a long time on their automated phone system, and get routed to a human being, which happens to be in Texas, and then they bumble through and finally get back to you and apologize that they were "at lunch". Indeed. Owner is a billionaire Brit with no business doing business with real Americans. My best advice, go local, and stay away. Done. With. Regus. Finally.

Please do not rent here. They gave me an office that was not ready. It’s been three weeks and they have yet to fix it.
