How can I get charged when I don’t even have an office there? Been to building once forced to sign a contract and later explain it. Scam

Do not rent an office from this company. There are so many hidden fees and charges. The sales people straight up lie to you about free parking, free gym and all these other amenities only to find out that none of them exist. They send you about 20 emails after you sign up with all kinds of obscure clauses like they are actually Charging you for the free coffee that is mentioned in the initial sales call. They also auto enroll you in their premium Internet which is another charge. Once your lease comes to fruition, they will auto renew it as there is a clause that you are signed up for another full lease Period. Obviously they have a team of lawyers who built these contracts, making it almost impossible to cancel not to mention that the offices are stuffy and it’s just generally a lifeless, dead environment. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

If you sign up for anything here, you are signed up for life. Their system is designed to make it almost impossible to cancel. You do not want to deal with this crooked business... you will eventually have to cancel and replace whatever card you use. If they try to tell you anything different, they are lying to you.

I spent a fair amount of time looking for the right office space in/around downtown Albuquerque. I ultimately chose Regis due to a number of reasons: incredible views of the city, clean facilities, multiple layers of security, access to kitchen amenities, solid ISP, and a range of additional IT services if needed. The front desk staff are some of the most friendly and helpful people I interact with in this city, and even building security gets to know tenants. Everything was simple from scheduling an initial tour, to getting a contract in place, to getting my space ready in a short time around the holidays. My only concern is that there is next to zero noise isolation from office to office, so you better hope the tenant next to you doesn't have a booming voice.
