The offices are nice and support staff was very helpful and friendly, however, their corporate back office has not returned my retainer fee (approx. $2k) which I was told initially was being wired roughly a month ago. I've followed up roughly twenty times over the past month and I've been told its being escalated to several different teams internally but to no avail. Extremely disappointing!

Stay away. They will rob you. They will overcharge you and will be charging whenever and whatever they want. They tell you 1 rate and they will bill you another. Was told $137 per month and in 28 days they charged my card $491!!!
