Good space I was able to use as a tenant for 4 years. However landlord can be very difficult or impossible to get ahold of at times when there are issues. Unfortunately it became very difficult to receive a confirmation of move-out notice. When confirmation finally received they promised return of security deposit in 30-60 days. Now 60+ days after move out and 90+ days after notice of move out I can't get any return calls or emails regarding return of security deposit. Decent property overall, but with poor management. EDIT: As others experienced, I did receive security deposit after posting this review, and not the multiple call and email requests prior. The property management platform mentioned in the response isn't available to past tenants.

This building was cheaply renovated. Everything is loud and the doors slam.
I’ve been at Suite Life for over a year and have had an amazing experience. The space is clean, professional, and perfect for my business. Management is extremely responsive and any issue I’ve ever had was fixed immediately. I highly recommend Suite Life to anyone looking for a supportive, well-maintained business space!
I’ve had a great experience renting with SuiteLife, I’ve been at the west deptford location for almost 3 years now! The space itself is very comfortable and well-kept, and the community feels welcoming. My neighbors are friendly and respectful, which makes it an even better place to work out of. The location is also perfect, it’s convenient and close to everything I need like the mall, restaurants and the highway. Management is responsive and professional, and they truly make tenants feel appreciated. You are also allowed to decorate your suite like paint your walls and hang items to give your room some personality. Overall, SuiteLife has made renting easy and comfortable, and I’m happy to be part of the community. Highly recommend!
