A Night to Remember! I celebrated my 30th birthday here, and it was truly unforgettable! The venue is absolutely stunning elegant, spacious, and full of character. From the moment I met with Jay to tour the space, I knew this was the right choice. He listened closely to my vision, offered creative suggestions, and made the planning process seamless. Being so well connected with top wedding and event vendors he made everything ten times easier for me. The night itself was flawless. Guests were welcomed with complimentary champagne before heading to cocktail hour on the rooftop, which was beautifully set up with passed appetizers and a full bar. The sunset views were breathtaking and made for the most incredible photos. When guests moved downstairs to the main ballroom, jaws literally dropped the lighting structure created such a wow moment that everyone is still talking about it! The entire flow of the evening felt effortless, from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing. The vault bar area was spacious and never felt overcrowded, allowing guests to mingle comfortably. Even though we didn’t use the second-floor mezzanine, it’s such a beautiful feature you can look down over the entire ballroom from the floating meeting space, and it adds another level of sophistication to the venue. Jay and his team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. My guests left amazed, saying they had never been to a space like this before. I’ll absolutely be using this venue again for future events.

I hosted my baby shower here last November, and the venue was absolutely beautiful! The space is classy and elegant, perfect for a special event. I will say I wish the price had been a little lower since I only used the location itself and didn’t need their equipment (tables, chairs, etc.). Jay, who oversees the property, was amazing—very respectful, gave us our space, and didn’t hover at all. A huge plus was being allowed to set up as early as 6 a.m., which made everything so much easier for my planner and me. Parking was a bit tricky once the back lot filled up, but my guests were able to find street parking nearby. They also offer the option to hire a valet service, which is a great backup. Overall, I would definitely book this venue again. I just hope they consider offering better pricing for events where you’re only using the space.

The modern banquet hall on the first floor is something special—with animated ceiling lights that can be customized to fit any vibe. The speakeasy bar has this timeless charm, perfect for intimate mixers or private events. The rooftop yoga space and outdoor rooftop event area offer skyline views that turn even the most casual gatherings into something unforgettable. Much credit goes to Nicholas Wong, the visionary owner behind Union Titan. You can feel his creative fingerprint on everything—from the space's layout to the events it attracts. His commitment to fostering both community and innovation is what makes Union Titan more than just a building—it’s a hub for what’s next. Honestly, I feel lucky to share a building with this much creative energy. Whether you’re planning an event, launching a startup, or just need a beautiful place to get things done, Union Titan is the place to be.

I have lived on this building on the second floor for the past year and have a really positive experience. The staff of the building will be greatly missed as I relocate for work related reasons. Special thanks to Andrea, Matt, and Nicholas for all of their flexibility and constant support. The units are very pretty and the area is centrally located.
