I experienced challenges while dealing with Regus, primarily due to miscommunication between the staff, their online portal, and myself. There were recurring issues related to billing that I found difficult to resolve. The process reminded me of older customer service models, where departments like the front desk and billing were not integrated, leading to a need for online forms and waiting for responses. Unfortunately, the support offered did not always address my concerns effectively. There was also an instance where my account was automatically terminated without my full knowledge and then it was also later reinstated without my consent, which resulted in me being invoiced for multiple unused months. (Update: This invoice issue has finally been resolved.) Based on my experience, I would encourage others to explore different options before choosing. I feel that there might be better alternatives available that could potentially save time and avoid billing complications.
