Great location and great staff. Informed me.of all plans and options to look forward to. Removed services I didn't need and shared workspace is great. Dis I mention a Cafe on the lower level.

Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service experience ever. I had a problem with an old email address and no one in the company knew how to fix it. Instead of helping me they kept charging fees. Took months to work it out. An absolute hassle. Go with a different company… then the next day after I post a review and they respond with a sympathetic reply, they call me saying well you know just because you terminated the agreement you still have to pay us for the 24 month term you signed up for. I asked can you fix the issue and they said we don’t know how. I need a lawyer.. This is terrible.
