Regus auto-renewed my lease despite THREE communications via e-mail and on the online portal that I wouldn’t not be renewing my lease at least 90 days prior to my lease ending. I keep receiving invoices & threats to damage my credit. I have made SIX requests to both the center & corporate for their attorneys information. All which have not been responded to. Despite that - the offices are not worth the cost. The additional fees are ridiculous to use the conference room considering the TV never works for presentations.

The good part - Great office space, nice clean location, ample parking, clean bathrooms, nice frontdesk. Bad part - not great sound proofing. you can hear the guy in next office very clearly. TERRIBLE internet. Highly recommended to have your internet source.. like a hotspot, this facility has extremely unreliable internet.. Ask for office with window.. so that you have signals for your hotspot.. otherwise you will have terrible video calls and work experience if you vpn into your work on their internet..

**SCAM ALERT**. a warning to anyone considering taking space with Regus or at this location. DO NOT SIGN A LEASE. The absolute worst experience i have ever had. They have hidden charges everywhere, they do not do what they say, the facility is trash. When you try to get something fixed or taken care of they just say theres nothing we can do and no one to speak to. They gave me an office woth 50 holes in it and said they would fix it, they never did. When i approched them they said we dont do that. Why would i make that up or even a gree to take an office with holes in the wall. You can get much better space almost anywhere int he are for Cheaper as well.
